• Thorough dusting of all surfaces, shelves, and ledges

• Clean baseboards, door frames, and window sills

• Clean interior window glass (reachable areas only)

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners

• Clean doors, handles, and light switches

• Vacuum carpets and rugs (including edges)

• Sweep and mop all hard floors

• Clean closets and shelving

• Empty all trash and remove debris

🍽️ Kitchen

• Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash

• Clean inside and outside of all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

• Clean stovetop and range hood exterior

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers

• Wipe cabinet exteriors and handles

• Clean sinks, faucets, and fixtures

• Clean baseboards and floor edges

• Sweep and mop floors

🚿 Bathrooms

• Deep clean and sanitize toilets (bowl, base, exterior)

• Scrub and sanitize bathtubs, showers, tile, and grout (as accessible)

• Clean sinks, countertops, faucets, and fixtures

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers

• Clean baseboards and vents

• Sweep and mop floors

🚪 Additional Detail Work

• Clean reachable air vents

• Wipe interior doors and frames

• Spot clean walls for visible marks (non-damaging)

• Remove stickers or light residue (where possible)

What This Service Does NOT Include

• Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

• Exterior window washing

• Paint removal or wall repairs

• Mold or biohazard cleanup

• Heavy construction debris

• High or inaccessible areas requiring tall ladders

Move-In / Move-Out cleaning is performed on empty properties. Personal belongings, furniture, and excessive debris must be removed prior to service to ensure thorough results.
